Server Philosophy & Expectations +
Server Philosophy & Expectations
This is a SERIOUS, REALISTIC ROLEPLAY SERVER based around balanced law enforcement and civilian roleplay.
Our community focuses on:
- Realistic law enforcement roleplay
- Realistic civilian and criminal roleplay
- Investigations and consequences
- Long-term character development
- Professional conduct and immersive storytelling
This server is NOT:
- Fast-paced crime grinding
- Competitive “cops vs criminals” gameplay
- Unrealistic or chaotic roleplay scenarios
Players who primarily aim to:
- Push the boundaries of server rules
- Generate constant action without narrative purpose
- Avoid realistic consequences for their character’s actions
YOU WILL NOT LAST HERE.
Players should prioritize storytelling and realism over winning situations.
Core Roleplay Rules +
Core Roleplay Rules
2.1 Realism Is Mandatory
All players must roleplay as if the world, laws, and consequences are real.
REQUIRED
- Logical decision-making
- Fear, stress, hesitation
- Accepting negative outcomes
- Realistic reactions to injuries and danger
PROHIBITED
- Superhuman abilities
- Ignoring injuries or consequences
- Treating jail, death, or injuries as meaningless
- “It’s just a game” behavior
Value of Life (VoL) – Extremely Strict +
Value of Life (VoL) – Extremely Strict
All characters are expected to value their life at all times. Roleplay should reflect caution, awareness, and logical decision-making in dangerous situations.
ZERO-TOLERANCE VIOLATIONS
- Engaging law enforcement when clearly outmatched
- Drawing weapons during non-threatening encounters
- Running toward active gunfire without reason
- Deliberately provoking lethal responses (“suicide-by-cop”)
- Suicide RP (intentionally killing your character for any reason)
- Ignoring lawful commands under threat of serious harm
⚠ Enforcement
Violations may result in immediate removal from the server without warning, as these behaviors undermine realism and compromise other players’ roleplay.
Characters should show hesitation, fear, or caution in life-threatening situations. Taking unnecessary risks is not tolerated and should be avoided in all roleplay scenarios.
Law Enforcement Roleplay +
Law Enforcement Roleplay
LEO MUST
- Follow department SOPs at all times
- Use proper escalation and force continuum
- Conduct realistic stops, arrests, searches, and investigations
- Write reports when required
- Remain professional at all times
LEO MAY NOT
- Abuse authority
- Skip procedures for convenience
- Escalate force simply to “win”
- Ignore SOPs or server rules
LEO roleplay should focus on investigations, public safety, and professionalism.
Police Pursuits +
Police Pursuits
Pursuits prioritize public safety over arrests. Officers must make judgment-based decisions and disengage when risk outweighs necessity.
NOT ALLOWED
- Ramming suspects without authorization
- PITs without approval or in high-risk areas
- “Win mentality” chases
- Engaging in pursuits that endanger bystanders or property
- Ignoring traffic laws during non-emergency situations
- Excessively aggressive maneuvers that break immersion or realism
- Endangering innocent players or NPCs in pursuit RP
Civilian Conduct & Expectations +
Civilian Conduct & Expectations
Civilian players must contribute to realistic and meaningful roleplay scenarios.
Civilian Interaction With Police
Law enforcement is a legitimate authority within roleplay.
- Cop baiting is not allowed
- Unrealistic hostility is prohibited
- Repeated antagonizing is prohibited
- Treating police stops as jokes or content is not allowed
Disputes should happen through court RP, lawyers, or staff tickets—not during active scenes.
Civilians should help create investigations, businesses, and long-term RP stories.
Criminal Roleplay Framework +
Criminal Roleplay Framework
Crime exists to create investigations for law enforcement, build long-term stories, and support roleplay.
Criminal RP must be:
- Planned
- Intelligent
- Slow-paced
- Realistic
NOT ALLOWED
- Constant violent crime
- Daily or repetitive shootouts
- One-person crime sprees
- Ignoring cooldowns between priority crimes
- Crimes without planning
[IAA+ Only] Stealing cop cars is permitted, but police uniforms may never be used. Abuse may result in immediate removal.
Scene Limits & Priority System +
Scene Limits & Priority System
To maintain realistic pacing and prevent constant crime scenes, the server uses a priority system and scene limits.
Scene Limits
- Only players directly involved should participate
- Do not insert yourself into scenes without RP reason
- Civilians should not crowd active police scenes
- Avoid flooding scenes with unnecessary players
- Do not interrupt active investigations
- Do not turn scenes into chaotic situations
Staff may limit scene size if necessary.
Priority System
Priority scenes are major criminal activities requiring a large police response.
- Bank robberies
- Armed robberies
- Hostage situations
- Kidnappings
- Major shootouts
- Large police pursuits
These events must remain rare and meaningful.
Priority Cooldowns
- Server Priority Cooldown: 1 hour after a priority ends
- Civilian Priority Limit: one priority every 2 hours
This allows investigations to occur, patrol roleplay to continue, and balanced pacing across the server.
Standards of Conduct & Enforcement +
Standards of Conduct & Enforcement
FailRP
FailRP occurs when a player fails to roleplay injuries, fear, or realistic consequences.
- Speaking or acting normally after being shot or injured
- Driving or performing complex actions after severe damage without consequences
- Ignoring pain, tasers, or injuries
Enforcement: warnings, temporary removal, or bans depending on severity.
Powergaming
- Forcing actions via /me or commands
- Using unrealistic strength, speed, or endurance
- Manipulating mechanics to bypass roleplay
Enforcement: repeated abuse may result in removal or permanent bans.
Metagaming
Using OOC information to influence IC actions is a serious breach.
- Discord info
- Streams
- Staff knowledge
- Other OOC sources
Enforcement: may result in immediate disciplinary action.
Communication & OOC Conduct
- Use OOC chat for questions, coordination, or non-RP discussion
- Treat staff and players respectfully
NOT ALLOWED: harassment, abusive language, ignoring server instructions, or using OOC information to manipulate IC situations.
Characters, Assets & Equipment
- Every character must be registered in CAD before roleplay
- Vehicles and assets must be used responsibly
- Items and gear should be roleplay-appropriate
NOT ALLOWED: using unregistered or duplicate characters, exploiting assets, or unrealistic gear use.
Punishment Structure
- Warnings
- Temporary suspensions
- Permanent bans
Zero-tolerance violations (VoL, RDM, Metagaming) may result in immediate removal without warning.
Final Authority & Common Sense Clause
If a situation is not explicitly covered, players and staff should act in the best interest of realism, immersion, and fairness.
Failure to adhere to this principle may result in disciplinary action at staff discretion.
